Happy Summer (for those of you officially on summer break!) and for those still trudging deep in the waters of school…. the end is near!
Last year I posted about my calendar set up and I lately I have been receiving GOBS of emails from so many sweet teachers asking questions about to how to access the calendar or get a copy if they don’t have Facebook! I apologize if I have not responded to you yet, I promise I’m not ignoring them…. just taking time to get through each one!!!
This post will hopefully help you get your hands on this calendar set!
So this is the calendar set up:
The calendar set includes:
Counting the Days of school with ten frames
Months of the year
Writing the Weather
Weather picture cards
Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
Days of the Week
Writing the date
Writing the days of school
“CALENDAR” circle letters
Here is a closer look at the calendar components:
I used magnetic tape to attach each piece of the calendar to the dry erase board!
You can use a variety of things to fill in the days of school… I simply used the bright colored garage sale stickers…. and yes… they peel right off! ๐
I attached these little buckets to the board using Velcro dots! They held up the entire year!!! For kindergarten… I say that’s a huge accomplishment! Ha!
I used the circle days (which you will find within the set) and using the magnetic tape, we would list yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Keep a dry erase marker nearby…. this is a super easy way to fill in the date, days of school, and the weather! I included weather pictures as well that you can magnetically attach (or velcro!) in the blank weather box.
When you head over to my Facebook Page to grab the freebie, you must be on a laptop or desktop, as the freebie cannot be accessed by a phone (which a lot of the emails have been about!)
The tab will look something like this:
You will click on the pink button.
It will take you to a page that makes sure you “like” the page and click on CONTINUE.
You will click on the picture again to download!!
I have also had a TON of emails saying that you are not a Facebook user, therefore do not have access to it.
Here is a link that will get you the calendar ๐ (just highlight/paste into your browser)

On a side note…. I am constantly changing things and decor in my classroom and this upcoming year, I will be doing a modern safari/burlap/chalkboard theme… which means I had to re-do my calendar theme…..
Here is a closer look at the BURLAP calendar bundle:
Can you tell I am OBSESSED with some new fonts?!
Babbling Abby has AMAZING fonts….. AND I just found fonts by A Perfect Blend!!! You do NOT want to miss out on their adorable fonts!!!
The days of school … Ten Frame style!
My students ABSOLUTELY loved this and so did I. Number sense became such a natural part of our routine… students were telling me how many more to get to ten, adding, subtracting, counting… all in kindergarten (just by using ten frames!)
The months of the year and I also included calendar cards.
Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow, as well as the days of the week!
No calendar set is complete without the weather!
You can grab this NEW Burlap and Chalkboard calendar set in TWO different places…
THIS SET is just the calendar
THIS SET includes the calendar as well as other matching burlap/chalkboard decor (alphabet posters, number posters, name tags, color and shape posters, etc…)
I hope this helps grab the freebie calendar set OR you fall in the love with the new burlap set!!
Happy Summer ๐

I love this and wanted to use it this year, but I am having a hard time getting to it in order to download it to my computer. It keeps sending me back to the blog which in turn sends me to your Facebook page. :/
Can you send me the link?
Thanks!

I LOVE this! Quick question…where did you get the actual blank calendar? I have had no luck finding a simple one yet!
